Cryotherapy Chamber
A whole-body cryotherapy chamber is a treatment that exposes the body to extremely low temperatures for a short period of time.
The idea behind whole-body cryotherapy is that the extreme cold temperatures trigger a number of beneficial physiological responses in the body. These include improved blood flow, reduced inflammation, and faster muscle recovery. Whole-body cryotherapy is used for a variety of purposes, including sports recovery, rehabilitation, beauty and mental health benefits.
Infrared Sauna
An Infrared Sauna heats up the body not the room. The infrared panels which are installed in the sauna produce waves of energy which are soaked up by your body. After you enter the sauna your skin temperature starts to rise. As your core temperature increases your pulse rate soars and your blood vessels become more dilated. As this happens, your heart begins to pump more blood inducing a deep healthy sweat at a cellular level which draws the toxins out of your body. The removal of toxins from the body helps you achieve harmony and balance within and in turn helps to promote a sense of deep relaxation.
Compression Therapy
Compressed air gently massages your limbs, mobilising fluids and speeding up recovery. Our systems use individual control units so you can increase or reduce the pressure. We carry a variety of sizes in boots for your legs and also arm and hip garments.
Lie back on our loungers, relax and enjoy the gentle massaging effects of our compression garments on your tired muscles.

The cold water can help to stimulate the immune system, boost circulation and reduce inflammation, making it an ideal therapy for those suffering from conditions such as arthritis or chronic pain. The contrast between hot and cold water can also help to invigorate the body and mind, providing a natural energy boost that can improve mental clarity and focus. Regular use of an Ice Bath can also aid in recovery after intense exercise, reducing muscle soreness and inflammation.
